Overview

This week we will again explore feelings and emotions, but the focus is on how best to manage them. Remember that emotions are what you feel on the inside because of what you do, see, hear, smell, or remember. Emotions are also known as feelings. They help us understand what we are going through during a certain situation and connect to how we respond to that situation.

Today, you are going to work on understanding what happens inside when you experience strong emotions and learn skills to manage the brain’s reactions to those strong feelings.
