Grade 3 Technology Computational Thinker Unit
Cornerstone Task
Overview
During the second and third quarters, third graders have engaged in a Computational Thinker unit where they have learned the basics of coding, including loops and conditionals using a block-based coding language called Blockly. This unit culminates in a Cornerstone task where students will have to apply these skills to complete a task. Their task is to work as a team of engineers using sensors to effectively maneuver Dash through a classroom course without hitting any obstacles.
