Howard County Association of Student Councils
WHAT IS HCASC?
HCASC serves as a way for students to gain the skills they need to work alongside parents, teachers, and administrators to shape their school communities. HCASC (The Howard County Association of Student Councils) welcomes EVERY student to our meetings - those involved in Student Council and those interested in learning how to share their student voice to strengthen their school communities through extra curricular clubs, sports, and the arts.
WHO CAN JOIN HCASC?
HCASC is open to ALL middle and high school students in HCPSS, no matter if they are involved in their school's student government!
HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?
HCASC hosts monthly, student-run meetings on the second Wednesday of every month at the Homewood Center (10914 Clarksville Pike Ellicott City, MD 21042). No application or registration is required, just show up!
