Cultural Proficiency Rubrics-3

Below are rubrics for applying the tools of cultural proficiency in various contexts for equitable practices. As you will see each rubric has five pages. Each page demonstrates one of the essential elements: Assessing Culture, Valuing Diversity, Managing the Dynamics of Difference, Adapting to Diversity and Institutionalizing Cultural Knowledge. On each page we explore how we can address these areas along the six points on the continuum with either unhealthy or healthy practices.
