Windows 10 Student Logging into a Student Dell

Overview

Below you will find instructions on how a students can login to a student Dell computer.

Warning: The student must be connected to the HCPSS-Wireless Network the first time they login. Allow the machine to login completely before closing the lid, or performing any logout or shutdown action. If they try to login to a Windows 10 computer from home without having first logged in while on campus; you will not be successful.

Directions

Logging into a Student Dell

1. To begin, press the Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys simultaneously and click Okay at the HCPSS Ownership screen.

2. In the User name field, Enter your HCPSS Username.

3. In the Password field, Enter your HCPSS Password. This is the same password you use to access the Staff Hub and HCPSS Email.

4. Click the Right Arrow in the password box to Sign-in.

5. If you are logging in for the first time, it may take a few minutes for your profile to be created and the desktop to display.
