HS Calendar/Schedule
You can see upcoming items in your Canvas calendar or in List view. In the calendar, you must have your course calendars turned on to see events in that course. If a course is not on, you may miss due date or other events. In List View you do not have the options to turn course items on or off so we do recommend you use this view to see schedules. You may also view your course events in the Canvas Student App if you have installed it on your phone.
Calendar
Select the calendar icon in the left menu bar in Canvas.
On the right side of the screen you will see all your courses. Make sure there is a solid, colored box next to your course. If the course is greyed out, its events and assignments won't be listed on your calendar.
You will also see a calendar with your name. This is your personal calendar that only you can see. You may use it to add your events and reminders.
List View
List View is an agenda-like view on your Canvas dashboard instead of the normal card view. To change to this view, select the peapod button at the top of the dashboard and select List View. Select the peapod again to change back to card view.
Adding Items to Your Schedule
On the Calendar screen or List View on the dashboard you can add your own items and reminders to your calendar.
1. Select the Add button at the to of the calendar screen.
2. Enter the details for you item and save.
