FILE SUBMISSION

Assignment Overview

Students will demonstrate their understanding of how to remix, title, and share an Adobe Project; access/download file from a teacher; and format text for a writing purpose - AI Text to Image.

 Directions: Follow the directions below to open the Adobe Express template and complete your work.

    1. Go to hcpss.meLinks to an external site. in a new tab.  Select Adobe Express. If prompted, login with your HCPSS username and password. 
    2. Select the link to open Character Portrait Template Links to an external site. - Adobe Express

    4. This will open a copy of the project in your Adobe Express Account.
    5. Rename the project by renaming it [YourName] Character PortraitScreenshot of Title block for renaming adobe express template
    6. Select Share in the upper right corner, type in your teacher's whole name.Screenshot of share file in adobe express
    7. Select Invite to Edit. Screenshot of blue invite to edit button in adobe express
    8. Follow the directions in the bottom left corner to add your name to the template, update the character portrait with your prompt, type your prompt words to complete the template.
    9. Use the tools in Adobe Express to update any colors for a more cohesive look.

 

Submit Assignment

Submit a File from Your Computer:

  1. On the Adobe Express Character Portrait project page, click Download
    • Choose PNG and click the blue Download button

  2. Select the blue "Start Assignment" button. Blue Start Assignment button in Canvas
  3. Under the "File Upload" tab White File Upload tab in Canvas select "Upload File." White Upload File button in Canvas
  4. Select "Choose File." Grey Choose File button
    1. Select file from your Google Drive  Image of My Drive upload in Chromebook
    2. Select "Open." White Open button
  5. Select the blue "Submit Assignment" button. Blue Submit Assignment button in Canvas
