Coding Dash with Blockly
Completing the Cornerstone Task
Now that you have completed your Planning Guide, it's time to input your code into Blockly and get Dash ready to navigate the classroom.
Directions: Working together as a group, input your code into Blockly using your pseudocode from the Planning Guide. All group members will enter the code in a new project on their own device, but only one Chromebook will be used for testing. Follow the directions below to set up the Blockly Project.
- Using a Chromebook, open Dash's Blockly Page Links to an external site. in a new tab.

Select My Projects.

Select Create New.

Type in the file name: Cornerstone. Then Select Create in the bottom right corner.

Using your pseudocode that you wrote in the Planning Guide build the code for Dash to complete the obstacle course.
- Check your code with your group one final time and make sure that you have included all task requirements.
Student Friendly Rubric
