Pre-K Purchasing Inventory
These approved Pre-K furniture items are supplied by the HCPSS Purchasing Office when a new Pre-K classroom is opened. Early Childhood Programs requests approved Pre-K furniture from the HCPSS Purchasing Office on behalf of each school; the principal, principal’s secretary and Pre-K teacher(s) will be included in the request process.
Once these items arrive, please email or call the HCPSS Purchasing Office at x6724 if you have any questions or additional requests relating to approved furniture items. Schools losing a Pre-K classroom are not obligated to store these furniture items and should contact the Purchasing Office to request pick up. Please review the Inventory FAQ (coming soon) prior to contacting the Purchasing Office to request pick up.
Unwanted furniture should not be sent to the Logistics Center (formerly Warehouse). Please remember there is no guarantee that returned furniture will be available.
